Barbecue Chicken Cobb Salad
Serves: 2 as a main, 4 as a side

1 cup Cooked Chicken
Your Favorite Jim Beam Barbecue Sauce
3 cups Salad Greens (We like Romaine)
3 strips Cooked Bacon, crumbled
3 Hard-Boiled Eggs, peeled and chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
1 Avocado, chopped
½ cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
Ranch Dressing to taste
Toss the chicken with barbecue sauce to coat. Arrange lettuce in serving bowl.
Top in rows with crumbled bacon, sliced tomato, sliced avocado, chopped hard-boiled egg, and cheddar cheese.
Mix 1:1 ranch and your favorite Jim Beam Barbecue Sauce. Drizzle salad with barbecue ranch, toss to coat.
