Smoky Barrel BBQ Burgers

Serves: 4-6 Burgers (depending on patty size)

Cook Source: Grill

Difficulty: medium

Ingredients

1.5 lbs Ground Beef
3 tbsp Jim Beam Smoky Barrel BBQ Sauce
1 Egg
2 tbsp of your favorite BBQ Rub
2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
Dash of salt and pepper
Your preferred burger toppings and buns

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly with clean hands, or while wearing food safe rubber gloves.

Form burger patties to your desired size.

Heat gas or charcoal grill. If using a charcoal grill, place coals under only one half of grill surface. For gas grill, only turn on burners for one side of the grill.

Cook burgers over indirect heat (side of the grill where coals are NOT located, or gas burners are NOT turned on) for 20-25 minutes, or until burgers are cooked to desired doneness.

Remove burgers from the grill and add desired toppings. We recommend cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, Jim Beam BBQ Sauce, bacon, and bun…but that is all up to you.

Serve and enjoy.
