Maple Bourbon Baby Back Ribs

3 racks Baby Back Ribs

½ cup Ketchup

1/2 cup Jim Beam Maple Bourbon BBQ Sauce

3 tbsp Soy Sauce


Mix soy sauce and Jim Beam BBQ Sauce together in a bowl.

Prep Ribs: Remove the thin membrane from the underside of each rack of ribs and discard.

Place ribs in large plastic bag, cutting to fit, and pour marinade over the ribs. Marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours and up to overnight.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place ribs and all marinade liquid into a roasting pan, cover tightly with foil.

Roast for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until meat measures 145°F.

Ribs can be finished on the grill, or with the broiler.

To finish, remove ribs from pan.

Bump oven to 400°F or preheat grill.

Pour marinade out and return to oven or grill safe pan.

Brush with more Maple Bourbon BBQ Sauce.

Cook for another 10-15 minutes.
